I've come to realize a lot of people on this forum are from US, but I've also noticed a few on here are from Canada.


I just thought I'd share,(if someone knows a place where this thread SHOULD go..please put it there.)and my apologies lol..

Anyway, I've ordered several times from Mail Order Pet Supplies online..and it BLOWS me away with how fast, professional and the care that goes into packaging and shipping items.
I placed an order for a xp4 filters,heaters ,new life spectrum food, brine shrimp eggs..ect...2 days ago..
I got my order, minus the brine shrimp which is backordered today before 12 noon.
Everything was packed, re-packed and sealed in bubble wrapp. Boxes were labelled so that the filters were in up-right positioning ect...
Might I add my shipping was $2.30 and, clearly they shipped multiple boxes

Anyway I highly recommend them for aquarium supplies!!Save some money and get GREAT service.
I'm a customer for life:)

I have used several different online vendors and have had good experiences with them all. I don't have a specific preference as most will price match but I usually shop at the one that is having a sale or has a deal with free shipping. I have never ordered live fish from any of them though. I usually just buy food and other supplies because the prices at local shops are usually double the price of the online retailer.
 
I shop a lot a Big Als Online. Great service, they price match, I earn points to get free merchandise, and I've never paid a penny for shipping.
 
no?lol I'm not the owner...I just always am impressed with how fast they ship and I recieve things...that's all:) It took me awhile to find someone like that online so I figured I'd share.

I just started in this hobby and bought a bunch of stuff from there. I thought everything was great.

I love their prices and selection but it takes FOREVER to get shipments to the west coast, and they only offer ground shipping so you can't get it faster even if you are willing to pay more. That's my only complaint with them.
