Here's my favorite. It's an 8" Male Delhezi. I like him because he's really green and very FAT. These are old pics. He's even fatter now.

Tough question that.
If it were choice of Bichir to show off, then It would be the Turkana PBB, Teug PO. Palmas etc.

But IMHO my 2 Bichirs that I watch the most and enjoy the most are without doubt My bigger Weeksii, and my 20" green Congi.
They are both my most active Bichirs, and they both have big fat heads!

This Congi as a very big girl. The photo doesn't do it justice, but she is very green and thick bands. Old style Congi unlike the newer "Kayo" in the front of the pic:
