Red Tail Golden Or High Back Or Grade 2 red?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
we have seen a lot of new "shifu" on mfk for a long time, whether self proclaimed or by just looking at pics on the internet without really owning a real asian arowana.

FYI RTG has 4th level shine as a MINIMUM. HBRTG shine level reaches the 5th scale.
grade 2 red doesnt show any red color even if the name mentions red. thats why its a grade 2 and not a grade 1 >.>
even your photo of 1.5 grade red, as the arowana grows, it will lose its red
FYI red arowana takes at least 2 years or more for the red color to mature.

this smells troll or someone really stupid >.>
Actually, Grade 2 Red does show red on the finnage. It fades to Orangish/Yellow when adult size. Very few will retain the darker orange-light red. Grade 2 and Grade 1.5 are both Banjar Red. :)

i think most of the RTG's today have shines that exceed 5th rows.. however they dont cross even if they reach adulthood. and some HBRTG's have their shine cross..

All RTG(classic) have 4th level shine. Any RTG that has shine higher than 4th level is considered HBRTG (XBxRTG). Those HBRTG with good XB genes might have 6th level shine. In market terms, they are different due to shine level is higher than a normal classic RTG. Overall they are all classified as Scleropages aureus . I've never seen an HBRTG(RTG) with shine crossed. I've seen a few at 6th level shine, but wouldn't you consider something with 6th level shine an XB?

What are those other fish not the pacu or aro in the back the black long ones those are cool and nice aro
Giant snakehead (Channa Micropeltis).

Aren't those illegal... and why, that's the first time I've seen a picture of them those are some nice looking fish wish I could get my hands on one
those are illegal in U.S, but those fish can be in another country!

um

if the shine crosses

im pretty sure you call that

a "cross back"

sir did you own a asian arowana? i currently own a Panda Gold.. In our forum we have HBRTG's that had 6th level crossed, because they are really old arowanas, and most of the HBRTG's 'of Merlion Farm sold here are between a cross of HBRTGxXB or HBRTGxSR. and in SG, MALAYSIA and INDONESIA have good HBRTG brooders so they can produce HBRTG that really looks like an XB yet they are HBRTG.

and sir, i think the platinum silver you posted is just a regular silver under a realljy bright white light. :)
