you remember the falcons trying to ball control green bay in the playoffs last year? fail. you remember the steelers trying to in the superbowl? fail. you can't ball control them unless you can stop them from scoring. kinda hard to keep running and dinking and dunkin for short yards to keep the clock going if you're behind

if you cant stop the other team, but controling the clock keeps a hot offense off the field AND causes it to cool down.the steelers are a passing team!

i was a strong believer that a team playing ball control would stop the packers in the playoff and picked against them every single game of the playoffs last year except against philly. however, after looking at the way things have gone the last 2 years, i've adjusted my thinking to this IS a passing league where passers rule. they're so good and can score so quickly that you can easily make up for interceptions and fumbles. 21 point leads are no longer safe.

I've seen it before.the '91 skins came out passing. It loosens up the d.They were known for power running but when strategy is changed,it messes up game plans. The true genius of gibbs was his ability to game plan.

that may be sweet and all but i'm not talkin about a one game or 3 game change, im talkin about the genetic make up of the nfl has recently changed.

welcome back the GROSSman! maybe the redskins 0 can start moving the rock again. Even when the grossman was being gross, he still was moving them before the interceptions

why is it the 3rd quarter and tebow has zero passing yards and zero completions? i don't care that his team is winning. this is a joke
