BOTTOM LINE: He asked if anyone had experience with **************** and a few fools knocked the company and never even did business with them. Too many people lead people astray on this site giving them bad info.
 
I call BS. Show us proof. On the other hand I could show proof of aquascapeonline burning someone.

I'm not even going to waste my time digging up the threads with proof that **************** is horrible. Here's a few reviews I found on google though. Look at all the good ones! :)

"Mislabeled fish, don't trust the names" I ordered online 6 Texas cichlids, which were specifically called "Cichlasoma (Herichthys) cyanoguttatus" on the website. I had already been dubiously sold H. cyanoguttatus at a LFS only to confirm a few days later that they were in fact H. carpintis, the Pearscale cichlid that everyone mislabels as a Texas cichlid. Well, I hoped that maybe **************** actually knew what they were doing and I'd get the right species this time. Uhh, no. The fish were once again H. carpintis. When I called to report this to the company, they said, "oh yeah, it's carpintis" as if it were no big deal that they were selling a different species under a different name. They knew it wasn't but called it H. cyanoguttatus anyway!
"Horrible! Ripped me off and very rude." n 1/29/09 I purchased 4 ADF's and 14 neon tetras and paid for overnight delivery. My order was shipped out on 2/3/09. When I recieved my order on 2/4/09 I opened up the box to find 4 dead neon tetras. They were shipped without any heating packs. Not only were my fish dead but my order was not complete. I was missing 10 tetras & 1 frog. I contacted them right away. I was told over the phone that they would immediatly refund me for the missing and dead fish. I told them that I wanted a replacement but they insisted on the refund. I asked to be refunded for shipping as well since the only reason why I ordered from them was to buy the tetras and take advantage of their bulk shipping price. They agreed. Today (2/5) I recieved a refund for the tetras and was told that I would not be recieved a refund for the shipping costs. This is absolutly horrible! There is no way that I would have paid $25 shipping for just 3 frogs! When I told them that I would have to file a dispute wtih paypal they called me juevenille. I highly suggest that everyone avoid this company at all costs!
"Poor customer service" My order was late, so i emailed customer service and they informed me that 2 of the 4 fish i ordered were out of stock. They could have at least emailed me about the problem instead of leaving me hanging.
I then emailed requesting a substitute fish and asked when my order will be shipped out. I never got a response back.
So i figured id give them a call, no answer, i left a message, still no return phone call back.
I got fed up and emailed them stating i want a full refund because obviously theres no customer service to help me out, and the fact that she said they didnt have any cooling packs was a red flag not to go through with this order. So they were plannng on shipping fish in 96 degree heat with no cooling pack? Not good.
Finally i got an email back saying they will refund me ASAP...well im still waiting for the refund, i have no fish and no refund.
This place is horrible. Maybe if they actually answered their phones i can talk to someone to get things straightened out. They really need a phone rep..not an answering machine.

Your the only person who seems to like ****************

woah chillax dude, i wanted honest feedback on them so i can decide if i use them in the future, not to get in a pissing match. have you ever done business with aquascape and got burned? if so, share, if not, practice what you preach and quit spreading hearsay ;)

Well if its any consolation i was pretty turned of by their cheap 90's looking website with **** navigation in the first place lol

First of all 2 of those reviews are from the same person. Also your forgot to link the positive reviews, which outweigh the few negative ones. Another thing, no one has control on whether a fish dies or not in transit. Every vendor has had DOAs. So I don't know what your motivation for putting this site down is.
 

Lol, I like all the people who replied saying pedro is a good man and wouldn't do something like that or always comes through. & that thread was created two years ago...I'm sure aquascape has changed since then.


and if you could read, in the end Pedro did come through...
Update! Got the pleco today and he is an L-114 and 8 inches plus. Got him in his new tank and he is gorgeous! Finally got a hold of Pedro yesterday and he said he just had some mix ups. I just wish for $402 with shipping he could have answered the phone or an e-mail during the week. Or at least don't say it will ship the next day. I called him today to say I got the pleco and he said see I make right! I told him about the phone calls and the e-mail and he just laughed and said See you next order! He did come through but I just wish he could have made this transaction a hell of a lot smoother.

lol pyramid party based on the feedback you posted i would probably not buy from pedro/aquascape online but does **************** pay you a commission? the way you are defending them you are getting a cut.
