yes, those are the filter chambers, one drain pipe for each chamber

The walls are concreted, now applying water proofing (2 layers) before final coat of cement. All the necessary pippings are in place, the wood platform is actually formwork for the foundation of a raised tank/aquarium to be constructed on top of the pond, hangon a little while more and u will see the whole thing take shape ;-)
