I figure this is a longshot but doesn't hurt to ask around first and hopefully get some replies before I decide to buy new from a acrylic aquarium vendor...

I'm interested in upgrading from my current 600 gallon fiberglass set-up and was wondering if anyone in the SoCal area is thinking of selling/moving their current set-up in the near future or quite possibly downgrading to something smaller?

I'm looking for a plug and play 750 to 1000 gallon acrylic tank. With dimensions up to around 10' x 4' x 3', or wider footprint like 10' x 5' x 30", but nothing smaller than 8' x 4' x 4' and must be at least 1" thick

Also, I'm NOT interested in glass... but... if you have glass with close enough dimensions and your asking a low enough price hit me up with a PM and we'll talk. Personally, I just don't like the thought of going through with the logistics of moving 1000+ lbs. of glass...

What would a tank like that cost from a vendor? At one time I was considering selling my 750, but it probably won't be for a while.

I looked up and found a couple acrylic manufacturers in the OC/LA area so I'm gonna try contacting them this week to get quotes. But on the other-hand I do remember messaging a fellow MFK'er (fastfreddy) early this year who was selling a new 900 gallon acrylic set-up for exactly what he paid for it which was $5000. He originally bought it from a MFK vendor.

If you change your mind and decide to sell your 750 anytime soon lmk :D

hi, can you tell me what manufactures you found? i would like to contact them as well.
