Blindness from ammonia burn eye's is very rare. Damage however is never going to go away or get any better. The fish is losing it's hue due to lack of protein and variety in the diet. He once was a very amazing fish. Seems to have lost a lot of his lust now. He was also only $200 from a vendor not even a year ago. Seller is very bull headed and unreal with the fish sell. Just wanted to post pictures of what his eye really looks like so he doesn't scam anyone like he has tried to do.

first of all get the f%#k off my thread you where the same one very very very press to buy this fish but lost out cause you wiat to late, you just like a bitter a%# exgirl friend that can't get her way , and if yall check piranha fury under (aeaquatics) half price 10" blue diamond yall would see how bad he want this so call bad fish. and the price reflects what i paid in total for the fish $200 and $100 shipping, and he says i'am trying to scam some one do any body see scam on here he just mad cause he wants this fish really really bad, an any body that know me on this site know that i buy an sell only top notch fish so check my history on this site and the fish eye is great longs as he could see out of it theres nothing wrong, but one thing for sure is you will never get this fish you skirt. So people please check that site i told yall about and see how press he was for this same fish he bad mouthing. you just made your self look like p#@%y cause you still losing out on this fish.
 
An to tell you how good i'am, i knew he had miss out once before for on this fish so i contacted him by PM yesterday to give him the frist chance to buy this fish before i posted it any where and he cry and told me how bad he wanted the fish but complaine about the price. so this the thanks i get for being nice
 
I'm not trying to get into all the drama, and I don't think the above post was necessary at all. I'm trying to figure out if this fish's eye is damaged or not. I'm not asking if he can see out of it or not because no one can say that for certain. I'm asking if this fish is in mint condition or not.
 
I at one time wanted him.. until you got him.. he isn't half the fish he use to be.. he is being kept in a 55g tank and you can tell on a poor diet by his coloration. I was letting everyone know what the eye really looks like because you are keeping it a secret from them and trying to charge to much for a damaged fish. What you paid to have the fish shipped to your door does not make him worth anymore then he is.. and what a vendor charges for a fish is always more then the resale of the fish because they charge more then the worth! You are trying to charge more for the Fish then AE did!! I don't want him.. I wouldn't give you 100 bucks for him now that I seen an updated picture of the fish. I just hope someone gets him that can take real care of him and put him in a good tank. Hopefully in time his color will come back. Who cares how bad I wanted him before.. that has nothing to do with now.. he isn't the same caliber fish and it has nothing to do with my post warning everyone of what they are really getting. It's not top notch.. it has an ammonia burned eye
