But it's stayed alive for twice as long as the typical captive scomb which is saying something since it's lived in that LFS for so long. That's why I have reason to believe that it's at least somewhat happy considering that it wouldn't eat for me in a slightly larger aquarium despite replicating the conditions of its previous aquarium; I would have expected the larger aquarium to make it happier, but it only served to stress it out.
How does a red wolf fish, a school of larger Corydoras catfish (as in not bite-sized), and an appropriate-sized wood-eating pleco sound for the stock? Would I be able to add any dithers by chance?
I'm currently searching for gulper catfish. Apparently 1 should be ok in a 55 gal (they don't seem to need much room). They might not be very colorful, but they seem pretty interesting. Check out some you-tube vids on them. I can't wait to get one and hand-feed it prawns!
