Serg you two look identical to mine. Awesome. Once i get my 6x3x2 in two weeks and get it up and running if your ever in the area may need to do a photo shoot lol. nice update. are yours eating like monster my two will not stop eating and have the biggest mouths .
@Troy, yeah they eat until they have huge bulges in the stomach so i regulate how much they get. I might be down to shoot the tank, i like the tile youre using, could make some cool shots.
@Hao, i actually prefer that one over the other. Its the more natural style headshape for a pbb, to have a long slope shape to the head, its what distinguishes them from Lapradei. The other has some damage from smacking into containers after capture. He still looks cool, i just prefer the natural look.
Those laps should be nigerians but they look better than any nigerians ive seen and better pattern. Could be a lucky find either way

Are the PBB playing nice? Have you guys notice any aggression toward smaller fish? I remembered my Congicus used to snatch loaches and swim across in his mouth.

the strange thing is my two have different headshapes too I just never thought anything of it. I did not know that one is more natural than the other i just htough it was because one is almost at 20 icnhes and the other 18.5. And serg the tile will be gone once i get the new tank it will be clack back black bottom and red sprinkled a cross but fully coverd.
Your pbbs could have natural variation. Mine has a damaged upper jaw missing the lap so his teeth show like hes smiling 
They dont play nice Joe. My favorite one is a royal jerk and bites everything else in the tank.
