The first photo due to his gill structure. He seem to be more true to the species description. I would not worry about the the hump because the colored one may even develop a bigger hump.
Which Midas Brute should I choose?

So I went into the lfs yesterday and observed both fish for about an hour. The white midas with the big hump is super aggressive and will not tolerate any tankmates. The orange and white one is also aggressive, but a little less so. He allows pleco, and dither fish. Both tried to bite my hand, so as you can see they are typical midas. I have to make a decision by tomorrow and I am struggling. I like the look coloring of the 2nd one better, but that nuchal hump and personality of the white one is awesome. If I want the possibility of any tankmates, the 2nd one is my only hope. The guy at the store said the top one was given to them because he took over a 210. He would pick up a 12 inch pleco in his mouth and carry it around the tank!
I have made a decision. Despite being down 30-27 in the poll I have chosen to orange and white one. I want to have a chance of tankmates one day. They are both awesome and personable, but in the end I liked the colors of the second one better.
I would of chosen the orange, but like another guy said "in the end, the choice is yours"

If I were you I would get the complete peach colored one, just looked better. I bet you can keep other cichlids with him, as long as there are more than 2 other cichlids. So he won't harass 'only' one.
