What Type of Flowerhorn is This?

Its a Red Dragon FH, not a Trimac.

That was quite uncalled for. Zero class. Just about as juvenile as fish pictured above. the pearls hinted at are not enough for me to definitively say that it is a rd.. I simply stated it looked like a trimac. I'll leave this particular area of the forums to you; where every fish posted is some sort of hybrid or fh regardless of whether it is or it isn't. Later hybrid section.

Rivermud, relax man. I'm sure Chris didn't mean anything by it and he wasn't singling you out. I agree that it DOES look similar to a trimac...but isn't. Have a good one!
Sumo--nice looking FH dude.

I was not singling anyone out in particular as Rivermud wasn't the only one to mention it. Its was an obvious Flowerhorn, and not Trimac hence the picture. Even if it was a Trimac there is no way to be sure. The consensus is that unless it comes from a reputable dealer it is to be treated as a Flowerhorn. For the record most ZZ Flowerhorn look Trimac.

Thanks for the comment on my flowerhorn. Do you have a flowerhorn of your own? If you do post a pic on this thread ok? Thanks

I do have one. Actually, I think, according to Chrisplosion, I have 2. I have a low-grade "flowerhorn" and I have a "red Texas" from petsmart, which I've heard is a lowgrade kamfa FH.
I'll take pictures and post them when I get a chance. The RT is only 2" and my FH looks almost like a blue Trimac. She's been raised in my 240 so she was about 1.5" in January and now around 5.5". I should be able to get pics up tomorrow.
