It's not that. I never went for them before. I have so many good lmb spots I don't ever think about going for smallies. Tomorrow I will post some pic of some stipers. Wish me luck

went for crappie this morning, missed one good run and another bite and actually had a 4" bass hit a senko when it hit the water. set the hook and the little bugger flew through the air about 20 feet >_< - went back over to lake johnson after that and landed 18 bream with some really nice sized gills in the mix as everybody else on the pier failed to land any fish.. mind boggling
