Why are we arguing about this when there are more pressing needs out there. Manbearpig is the most deadly thing out there. I'm being super cereal about this!

You are right. The original post showed a lack of one from the beginning. I also find threads like these point out those who do not think for themselves and who stand in line with the rest of the sheeple.

I wish I could say I expected better from you with this thread but I can't. Its true DavidW style. Post something inflammatory and then insult those who disagree with it. you seem to have missed the point. I don't deny that the government seeks power. in fact it only supports my argument that too often the government abuses it's authority. although the studies that show people with health care actually save business money with less days missed makes me wonder if this isn't business and government working together. after all, no one pays less cash for medical services than the government, not even insurance gets as good of a discount.
what I do deny is the fact that global warming is a made up government plot. the science of humanity's affect on the environment has been accumulating for almost half a century and is only now coming to light as more and more people have access to the information.
affects that have been denied by big business for decades.
 
Everyday theres something new :p y2k mayan calendar, meteors suppose to hit us like the dinosaurs, and if we dont die by then the sun will grow large enough to burn off the planet. And if the ice caps melt hey why dont we have another ice age.....
