We were used to see these monster with ease. But things have changed.
The intensification of overfishing, ignorance of anglers, rampant pollution of ours rivers, lakes and seas. Large dams and overpriced hydroelectric, taking away not only the money that we earn but a whole life cycle too.
Like everything in life, big things happen because little acts were made. We, nature lovers, fish keepers, ecologists, sport fishermen, biologists and people with some socioenvironmental knowledge, we should continue with initiatives to preserve what we love most for us, for the animals we keep and even for the biodiversity of our beautiful country.
This is an appeal to our beautiful specimens of fish dont disappear, a call for the practice of Sport Fishing, hope that continue rising more and more. A call for there to be beautiful species in our tanks being admired and respected as much as they deserve.
Fish keepers: Buy the allowed by law, do not encourage wildlife trade. Seek the captive breeding, we must try to end the capture of wild specimens.
Fishermen: Practice fishing as a sport, 'hooked, photographed and released. "Try to understand that the giants of today, are potential matrices ... Let them live to give us FUTURE MONSTERS! Want to eat fish? Purchase in the market, there are people who earn their living from professional fishing and depend of the nature.
Society: Respect over the place you live. Respect the Earth. Because its what give conditions the life. Its that where we get the clothes to wear, the daily bread, a roof over our heads, and it is what allows us to LIVE.
"When the last tree be cut, when the last river be polluted, when the last fish be caught. You understand that money does not eat
And if that phrase has become a cliché for all, think as I do:
We can destroy the ecosystem of our planet, so, our species will disappear. But the planet after a few million years will make life possible again. Man is the animal most ungrateful and stupid of all, we destroy our home, end up with our resources and we only know to ask for more without even giving the least!
The monsters in the picture, are more delicate than we think.
