Got the sump mostly done. Still need a top for it so I can walk on it. Ended up using a bunch of scrap odds and ends to build it but its solid for sure. May have went larger than first thought, but better than too small......

Got the pumps in water, glad I did because one had a bubble leak... Took it apart and the o ring wasn't seated properly. No biggie. For the pumps I got 2 laguana 2900. The boy wanted to see how powerful they were.....he called it" fun in the filter."...

3/4 inch thick non tempered. The large sheet is starphire...
Once I get water on it ill take pics for comparison between the two..
