this is the most screwed up thing I have heard lately from corporate bull****. Petition signed and shared on fb. Have over 1500 friends so hopefully some of them will sign the petition as well
 
How absurd , wil no longer buy there products and urge others not to do so as well.
 
lol, we SPAM their facebook too much that they don't allow people that don't "like" their page to post a comment anymore!
 
Can you really put a copyright on a letter of the alphabet or a word like Monster? I really doubt it.

Also MFK's M is different from Monster Energy's. So truely I don't see how they would have a case.

This seem more like a big company attempting to bully the little guy.

And another thing - why is a company who been around for about a decade, all of the sudden attempting to sue a fish forum which has been around for 7 years.

If you have been here longer I would have scolded you as I am sure many other would/will but since you're new you haven't been in our community long enough to care. Not a very good first impression....

I signed, MFK is my all important hub for all things concerning the fish I care for. Anything tries to mess with that is gonna have problems.
