Kinda hard to get a pic that showdown much. Basically.each window has 2 2x4s screwed together on all 4 edges. Then the plywood covers the framing. The glass sits on a bed of silicone directly on the tank floor. The smaller 3'x3' window has an opening of 31 1/2"x 31 1/2". The tank height inside is 36 5/8" so by the time I got fiberglass and sweetwater in I had less than a 1/4" gap at the top of the glass. That tells me I have around a 1/4 thick fiberglass and sweetwater in the bottom seams. Hope I didn't confuse you too much w/ my ramblings....
