The Barrel-eye fish (Macropinna microstoma). The 2 green domes are its tiltable eyes inside the gelatinous transparent forehead structure. The 2 'eyes' at the front of its head are actually olfactory organs (smell).

I took both these photos. The Mole Salamander I found in my yard, the Giant Salamander I found in the woods a couple miles from my house.
