vvery nice and mature looking specimens. all these hobbyists now days are just buying new fish and swapping fish, rarely get to see some nice matured tank look. Look at those bala sharks, beautfiul!

How big are your balas? Do they know they aren't supposed to get that huge? Or do they only grow that big on a diet rich in rodents? lol

I'm going to guess conservatively 1 foot but they could be as big as 14"

Sweet tank and stock egon. Brings back a lot memories when I had stock along those lines. Now I'm just a mild mannered ray keeper (at least it's not angles:) )

I love these pics egon, I am going to try pinks with my poly s lol

Your always welcome here too :) bring pinkies

Nice! I need to dust off those cages and start breeding rodent again...

Sweet tank and stock!

Coming from you that's a very nice complement, thank you.

awesome! nice shots.

Thank you, my picture taking skills are weak. I could use a few tips from the master: jcardona1 I bought all the equipment but it really takes an artist to work with these fish. I'm just happy to post a few shots once in a while, nothing to get worked up about :)

Thanks all!

The AUL is very quiet and dumb. Wife named him "Genius". Evolution skipped this species. I drop a hand full of massivors in the tank and the Niger cat eats everything. I drop another hand full and the niger eats everything but the AUL starts moving. I drop another hand full and the Niger has a softball size belly but continues to eat, AUL gets stuck in the drift wood. Another hand full and the Niger starts pooping because there's no more room for food........and.......starts eating again........
Back at the starting block the AUL is still stuck in the drift wood but defiantly realizes there food somewhere, struggling to swim back words and ends up taking a nap.......

Some pics of "Genius":
