Good question too

I have all of my cichla pellet trained so I feed around two cups of pellets a day and usually around 10 big shrimp and a few frozen herring or large silver sides mixed in EVERY DAY. I use Vida Chem & garlic probably two to three times a week as well. I do love my cichla and provide the best I can for them - thanks for noticing becuz it is a tone of work!!
