The land of the pine
I stumbled across this sight that has these really cheap liners for sale. I was wondering if anyone has used liners from it. I am thinking of getting an intex pool and layering 2 or3 of these in it. I want an indoor Pond with a LNG, a bowfin, and some P.bass. http://www.billboardtarps.com/collections/pond-liners

Anti-Mildew probably means it's not safe for fish, but they say it's used for ponds, so I wonder.
I saw that too. I wonder if you can ask them to make it without it.

You really want to use EPDM 45 mil liner for building any pond or tank. It's the Firestone inner tube material that is guaranteed for 25 years. Anything else is a waste of time and damages easy. You pay for what you get. Good Luck.

Just got answer.

Yes, these are safe for fish. They are all been tested and approved.
