Big Vieja Hartwegi Male?

I had some in store credit so I picked up this 12 inch beast. He was advertised as a male Vieja Hartwegi. Do the experts concure? I have him in my 120 with a ven pike, an oscar, a jd, and what I think is a 6 inch female hartwegi (hoping they pair off so I can move them to their own tank).

I thought that Hawtwegi don't get that big. The markings resemble a bifa to me. Is there a close up photo of the head to show the characteristic overbite mouth of Hawtwegi?
