Thats a umbee, im pretty sure that the guy in the pic is there with jeff rapps or for him, but im not sure. I had a previous thread about that pic and it has no editing on it or anything. One of the memebers on here put it through a program he had to check.

The guy in that umbee pic, I believe, is the same guy I have seen in pics from when umbeeking went down for collection. Not sure if the same guy worked with rapps or not
