so for my invertebrate zoology class my professor has given us the option for Extra credit, which is to find either a centipede or millipede. i live in vegas and was just wondering where is a good place to start looking. thanks

Just start kicking around debris in the desert. They are everywhere out there. They are big and have a nasty bite.

If you paid attention to nature shows you'd know where to find them. I know your kind, always trying to get others to do the work for you. Don't cheat yourself outta life youngin

Fine I'll help you cheat. Go looking under rocks and wood

go to the woods and flip over a damp log.

Check some of the reptile shops, I have seen both at this place near smoke ranch and decatur. (Only joking, but serious!)

No idea where to find one legitimately in town, I remember finding them in rotting logs in california. Mt charleston or some of our local parks might be worth a shot
