What would you do with a 125

I'm in the same position with my 120. Currently contemplating an oddball tank: bichir, dat., and an eel of some sort.
 
I really like ca/sa cichlids, what type of larger fish could work together? I kind of want wet pet, or pair of
 
I just picked up a 125 to eventually hold my male trimac I'm growing out, but I've been thinking of all the possibilities as well.

1. SA community - sevs, geos, tetras, cories and plecos
2. Solo aggressive/nasty wet pet (option I chose)
3. A 125 works weel for a pair of large cichlids like others haven mentioned oscars, middevils, lyonsi, fesate, or any of the vieja/paraneetroplus
 
My 125 is about to be fully stocked. It will have 4 keyholes, 2 super red severum, 6 geo red head tapajos, and 6 angelfish. All juveniles. Once they start to grow out and reach larger sizes, the stock will be reduced to 2 keyholes, 4 geo red heads (hoping 2 will pair up and I have a breeding tank prepared for them), 4 angels and 2 red sevs.

Fill it with water, climb in it and wait for my parents to come home and see me. Then they would freak out. Or not even notice at all. Lol But fish wise, id probably do something native
