What's your favorite cut of steak?

Porterhouse includes filet mignon and new York strip. T-bones do also but are a little different and smaller. Tenderloin is a separate chunk inside of the ribcage

I've never heard of the Wagyu...how does it compare with Kobe?

You will very likely not find actual Kobe beef in the US, no matter what a menu claims. They did update US laws last year to allow some in (I think it had been a few years since that happened), but only a few steakhouses in the country serve it, and you'll be paying $$$.
It is all very complicated, a few google searches will make it much more clear than I can.

Now my favorite steak? Really, I just like beef in general, as long as it's quality meat and cooked well. Not a fan of typical beef ribs though (excluding short ribs of course ), gotta be pork on those.
