What country would you go and collect fishes from?

I would like a snakehead or wolf fish if I started up a new aquarium. I'd end up sacrificing what I have from what I've read on both. Violent to say the least. This:

Well, if you are going by specifics, the Mangrove or Gray Snapper is a fish from the Western Atlantic, and the Mangrove Jack is from the Tropical Pacific.
