Landlord not allowing me to keep my tank.

They never gave me one but I know they put it in the lease cause on the paper that it says that under it it says has fish in pen

If shes telling you that then she's breaking the law. Legally a home aquarium is not consider a pet, it would be considered a piece of furniture. Her telling you not to have a fish tank is like her telling you you can't have a couch because legally there both pieces of furniture. Although you can tell her that, try and do it in a nice manner because she can still raise your rent cost. A friend of mine had to deal with the same thing and the landlord lost in the end haha.

Tell them you are moving out. I doubt they want to play hardball over a fish tank..

I don't know what the rental market is like in your town, landlords are happy to have you move out here. Gives an excuse to keep your deposit for little things and get another sucker to move in.

I've looked thru the lease completely and it says nothing about a specific tank size

No there isn't. But I have a feeling cause my ac was leaking and wet a part of the carpet and she just blaming it on the tank
