That's the joys of the build. I get stressed to but it's a big relief when its all said and done.

So the water level is running at about 22 1/4" the bow is about 1/2" gap as the pump is running I'm about 5/8" from the top of the tank....
During filling the tank at the 19" mark I checked the bow and it was about 5/16". I could easily drill holes in the overflow and make it run around 19-20" but I don't know if I should or not? Any opinions?

Are you wide open on the pump?

I would drill some holes in that overflow just for piece of mind.
Tank looks great tho.

I wager using a dremel with rotozip bit to cut the slots in the teeth deeper to lower the water level a bit more. Ive drilled 2.5" holes in alot of overflows and it doesnt drain as quick as using teeth. Id go another 1-2" deep in the teeth to relieve that bowing.

Thanks everyone! I was pretty nervous about the water level being so high but I'm getting used to it a bit now lol. Still haven't decided what I'll do? When I think about it 1/2" isn't really a TON of bow for a 3/8" thick tank. But if a roti zip would be really easy to do it probably wouldn't hurt to cut some teeth down an inch
