Fake 100$ bill what to do

I sold 3 fish and the guy pay me with 100 $ dollar bill,and yesterday i try to deposit it in the ATM and the money is fake now i don't no what to do i call the guy who gave it to me but He don't answer my call so what next should i report to the police ???

Yup, i agree report it... since its a $100 out of your pocket, and if you are caught with that note in your wallet, whos to say you wouldn't get busted with INTENT to use a fake $100 bill... so i would personally report it along with the guy who used it on you...
 
our county had a phase of counterfeit bills going around. only a crime to knowingly use them, not to possess it. basically everyone who gets one is a victim of the crime.
 
^ Thats good to hear... over here i think i remember a few years ago when counterfit bills were floating around a lot, it was considered a crime to hold onto them and not turn them into the banks or police if you were stopped and searched...

Since a lot of the fake bills at that time were pretty obviously fake if you looked carefully...
