Umm genius if it was an accident check if the guy is all right and apologize. You brought the on his self by "protecting" his family. "Protecting his family is what got him beat in the first place. He could have avoided the whole thing by letting them go ahead instead of staying in the way.

How exactly does a single vehicle block three lanes of traffic? Especially when half of the gang has already passed it before the incident occurred? They also started attacking him before any actions took place that would be considered "protecting his family". All they are are a bunch of cowards who only act as tough as they do because of their numbers. I guarantee that none of them would had started anything like that without their "posse" to back them up.

Yes I do have a son and I grew up in the streets associated gangs and such there has been plenty of times where I had to choice between "fight or flight". If it came to a situation where I had to protect my family I wouldn't do that. If they so called slashed his tires would driving at high speeds swerving in and out of lanes put them more in danger? Why he just didn't call the cops and brang the bikers to the cops?

His wife was on 911 the whole time. Before the accident even occurred because they were harassing them and break checking them.

Well that's his own stupidity he could have gotten off the highway and let the cops handle it. Either way he's still going to be getting some type of punishment because New York doesn't have a stand your ground law.
