So, I have changed 1,000 gallons of water manually in the last 3 days and am still left with this▼▼▼▼▼

I accidentally left the lights on over night one night and woke up to this. It literally happened over night. My normal water change schedule is 200 gallons twice a week. It is a 250gal tank with a 75 gal sump. Nitrates are never over 20ppm in this tank. Should I be worried about ph changes? So far water params have not changed except nitrates being almost zero. I have a UV sterlizer on order but, is there anything besides chemicals and shutting lights off I can do in the meantime? Using chemicals for this tank is not a option for my black rays.
Also I use 2 50miron 7x16 socks that are changed every other day. I have never had an algae problem before. No idea where to start.
Any advice is appreciated.
