JAG'S. UMBEE's or DOVII'S

naa ur wrong jags grow larger and are too powerful for the flowerhorn when full grown a jag could fit a flowerhorns whole face in its mouth so yeah that's a biased statement

Talking about a full grown jag and full grown FH youre right once completely developed a jag is more powerful, however Im just assuming this dude aint gonna toss two full grown individuals into that small tank. A juvenile Fh would kill a juvenile and equall sized jag in a matte of hours , I granted you that.

It really depends on the individual fish involved I've had evil young jags but I would agree that a flowerhorn may beat a young jag equal in size. It's individual temperament really

I agree it really depends on the individual, nevertheless if I were me I would put my money on the FH.

in my experience flowerhorns as babies are more aggressive but what does that really mean? not much in a 50+ gallon tank. remember the average jag grows 10-12 inches in only a year. a flowerhorn grows probly half that. the statement you made before was defintive and to me holds no merit jags have too much stamina and strength for a f.h. i meen just look at the one in your avatar do you think it has the coordination and stamina to battle a jag 4+ inches larger? idts so dont mislead someone just with a biased opinion. a 56 gallon is way too small for a single jag and maybe just good enough for a flowerhorn so no its a terrible idea. flowerhorns are beautiful designer fish but you make no sense saying a flowerhorn will kill a jag of equal age.

if i bring a 16 inch jag to the table for a fair fight in say a 60 gallon no home field advantage (not that im doing so) would you put a grand on that fat disgusting obese boat in your avatar to cur the jag?. i think you know what the outcome would be......in 12 minutes youd see a fat bloated flowerhorn hyperventilating in the corner of the tank halfdead looking you in the eyes begging you to seperate it from the jag chewing chunks out of it cuz its too tired and uncoordinated to keep up. lets drop the nonsense and be real now all biased aside

Dude, with all due respect, I think youre the baised one over here, believe me, a young FH equally in size to a young jag or even a bit slmaller would bully the jag to death, even more in that space, a 56 gal would barely hold a solo FH, these both fish need space, that small tank would only lead to a confrontation.

As the prev poster said it also depends on every fish temperament, but Lets say that if this were a boxing encounter I would bet my money on the FH.

Im not talking about full grown individuals, but I highly doubt both of them would live long enough to become 10"+ in that tank, if that dude insist in such cohabitation, if so, one of them dies.

Dude what part of "I'm not talking about full grown induvuduals" you didnt understand?. When it comes to a full grown jag and a full grown FH then advantage clearly goes to jag.
