Agreed to buy his congicus bichir for $130 despite the fact that another member was selling one the same size for $40 less.
Agreed to meet him by his house at 9pm and had to drive 1 hour in traffic to get there.
He texts me at 8:30 to tell me something came up and he cannot meet me, so I wasted 30 minutes driving in bumper to bumper traffic for nothing.
Then he tells me since I'm pissed at him for flaking out, it was my fault for not contacting him?
This kids needs to grow up and learn to have a little integrity...do what you say you will and take responsibility for your actions!
I'd recommend not dealing with him but if you have to, make him come to you so you don't waste your time.

Have a little bit of common sense and call/text the seller before heading out next time. I did tell you the day before to text me today. Instead of communicating respectfully and showing some maturity in yourself, you had to use profanity and call me names.
Also we could have negotiated instead of you being all "pissed off".
Clearly there's a reason the other member is selling for $40 less ( **** quality). And it's your fault for not contacting him before you left, what Kha said. Why don't u take a look at his feedback, cuz it definitely seems like u haven't. Your loss for not getting the bichir xD

Alright. I'm not perfect as you are. I can't predict what's going to happen tomorrow. Things happen and get in the way. Sometimes I have to bail. Can't do much about it. You couldn't even try to understand. With all my transactions, the buyer always hits me up before coming. It was my fault for assuming that you would be like other buyers; I should have just texted you asking if you left yet. Besides I already apologize for not being able to show up. If you are still unhappy about it then I hope you feel better. Let's just end this here. Move on from this nonsense. Not worth either one of our times.

You know, it's crazy that this kind of stuff always happens to me on this site and hardly anywhere else.
I have been on eBay since 2005 and have had tons of transactions without any problems.
Sometimes I buy high end watches from another site and the people I deal with are courteous and always do what they say.
I have also bought and sold high end cars through other websites and all those transactions went pretty smoothly.
In my own business, I deal with people from all around the world and things are usually pretty straight forward...I have many clients whom I have worked with for close to 20 yrs and practically all my new business is done by referral only.
But then I come on here to buy a stupid $100 fish or a $20 air pump and I get stood up by some flakey, irresponsible kid who does not have enough integrity to just show up when they say they will.
I was young once, but even then I didn't act like that.
