Once again you are wrong. If players and owners could be cut or ousted at any time (and without reason as you so clearly have been espousing), you wouldn't have contracts. There is a reason contracts exist. Clearly you have never studied contract law. You also think because the NBA is a private organization that it can get rid of anyone for any reason.Wrong. Walmart is a private organization...companies are private organizations...Yet they cannot simply fire their employees or managers or executives with no reason. Ergo, the stipulations of the contract must be upheld or those partners/entities will be held accountable and liable under local, state and federal laws. You may think you know sports, but I know law. And the NBA does not operate outside of the confines of the law...Good ol boy club as it may be.

Youve never seen a player cut or amputed in the nba? Happens weekly. You are really reaching

no , they can be , but CONTRACTS MUST BE HONORED,,,players are cut every day in the nba...read , listen ,really :)
..what you are talking about has NOTHING to do with the reality of nba employee contracts ...please do some research before you call EDDIE or myself wrong on this stuff ,we know , really

What he did and said is totally wrong and he's a POS, but he did it privately in his own house and his GF illegally taped him and illegally released it to the public. I guarantee he will sue the NBA back and win. Law is the law and he didn't break any and he has the money power to back it up.

one more time for the new guy, THE NBA doesn't NEED a legal or ANY reason to oust a an owner just a vote of the board (other owners)..he is gone ,buried ,never to be in charge of an NBA team again,, really, it won't change:popcorn: nobody has a "right" to own an NBA franchise , it is a "gift" from the other owners

Players with NO contracts or BAD contracts are cut everyday...Do you both have some personal experience in this? Let me guess, you both were walk ons and got cut first day. NBA ain't college ball fellows. Did you both try to play with the bigboys...ya...i bet you did. Where did you play in college? Seriously?

My understanding, limited as it is, that most sports contracts for athletes are built with what clauses that equate to "at will" states for the teams, where they can be let go for any reason at any time. Not being a sports agent or lawyer though, I can't say for certain. Just a guess based on years of watching sports and watching players get cut a lot with no action on the players union unless, oddly enough, it's for off the field issues.

Look up amputee clause. Look up buy outs. You can sign a 7 year contract for 80 mil and be let go for a couple mil in year one for no reason

I mean you are the one that called me out that i should research things on google? Its your turn
