What's hex? And I just had him for like 2 days but I have been feeding the tank with food. What do you mean pump him up? I just bought some sumo food for his bump to grow too

I just looked up "hex" and I think he does have it! He won't really eat just yet that I have seen and he also has the white long pool! How do I fix this? Should I Quarantine him from other fish? Can it spread?

No it don't spread, but if you separate and give him peace, and medicate him, he will be cured from it the fastest. Research on how to cure Hex. There's plenty of threads about that. Epsom salt and/or internal parasite meds

I just moved him to my 10gallon tank. Is that going to be to small? All I have

You need Internal Parasite meds. Like Parasite guard. And Epsom Salt to his water. Cover the back of the tank and give him that clay as a cave. Research on google or youtube.
