seems this needs its own thread. For me today? its slow smoked pork loin . smoking with Maple wood. 8 hours from now it will be dinner time.

I got 7 kids living at home, 13 to 24. it will not go to waste.
that's 10 pounds of pork, tomorrow be chili Verdi, ever had verdi made with smoked pork? wonderful stuff.
not to mention pulled pork BBQ sandwiches. that is also on the menu for this week.
Sounds delicious....I am going to do some bacon wrapped chicken legs on the grill.
