favourite Disney film of all time?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
HOW HAVE YOU NEVER SEEN THE LION KING???? :) were you living under a rock in the late 80s and early 90s? :p

The lion king trilogy are the best Disney movies imo. Although I like Simbas Pride more than the original. Zira's by far more evil than scar. And 'Hukuna Matata' is hilarious! :D

Trilogy? Girl you don't know the 1/2 of it. Seriously there's 3? I don't think any straight to DVD flicks should count IMO

SumoNinja SumoNinja I mean Pixar not pixel

Aaahh!!! Now I remember!!! I never saw it because the music irritated me!! Lol pushed away by the music. Sounds like I missed a good one :/

Technically they were straight to video releases. Haha I feel so old when I think about VHS players and all their awesomeness lol

I like the songs, (excluding the start up songs) I'm the weirdo that listens to the songs without watching the movies haha you missed a good movie. :)

Speaking of soundtracks, Danny Elfman (Jack Skellington) is going to perform the Nightmare Before Christmas with a live orchestra here in LA on Halloween night!! I wouldn't mind checking that out.

Feel like you guys are sleeping on all the great Disney-Pixar movies. Finding memo, monster inc, ratatouille, cars, the incredible, UP and of course the toy stories (#3 was the highest grossing animation of all time until frozen passed it up last year)

Personally I like a lot of the dream work films too (shrek, how to train your dragon, Kung fu panda, Madagascar).

Screw the princess ERA of Disney. I only liked the lion king and Aladdin.

Oh yeah, Monsters Inc was good, Cars too. Even better is Cars land at Disneyland. They did an AWESOME job with EVERYTHING there!!

That ride is pretty sick. Especially if you go through the single rider line and get through in like 20 mins

a lot of the popular Disney movies don't make it too high on my personal list of best Disney movies because of glaring plot holes.

I know it's geared towards kids, and it's all fantasy but within those confines there has to be believability, realism and just simple logic

for example, as I've stated before, toy story always bugged me. buzz lightyear believed he was a real space ranger, but why did he freeze up and act like a real toy when humans were around?

and beauty and the beast. beast is cursed until he can love another and earn their love. he has until his 21st bday. when he met belle he had been cursed for 10 years already. whoa, so you're telling me a witch cursed a spoiled rich 11 year old prince for being arrogant and judged the hideous witch for how she looked on the outside? kind of harsh, no?

but again, I know i'm not the target market
