My sinuses are screwed up, I'm jittery, I cannot sleep (not till 6 am last night), and I can't think terribly well.
Why is this relevant? Because I'm evidently a human weather loach. This is all because of the incoming hurricane, and it's affecting some of my fish as well.
My longears won't come out of hiding, the twig cat keeps hiding, and my warmouth has been in his "I am hiding" colors all day. My glowlight tetras, pencilfish, and mini barbs are all in hiding as well. There's no new factors aside from the storm, so evidently they're all feeling it.
Anyone else have weather reporter fish?

I've noticed before large rainstorm arrives in the area my Kribensis cichlid actually go to bottom of the aquarium, and notice changes in their colors. :)

I've heard about weatherloach detecting changes in barometric pressure, and farting a lot more in these situations

Flatulent fish.....just what we need to guide us through the inclement weather.

Weather or not a fin can pretict gar-rish patterns of atmospheric animal-ies remains to be....okay...I tried...

My joints hurt with the coming storms....but I'm old....
There actually is a "Weather Loach"....
