San Bernardino Shooting

Let him show up with this in his hand and he'll be a victim, get invited to the White House and a free education. While the rest of us are degenerate bigots looking to single out a poor kid because of the way he looks. Isis doesn't have to do anything we'll just rip ourselves apart trying not to hurt anyone's feelings. Game over. It's very sad.

The pendulum can only swing so far

The police wouldn't but Obama might've. Did you miss what happen with the kid who brought the arclock to school that looked like a bomb? Got invited to the White House, got invited to visit facebook HQ, got a ton of celebrity shout outs and the person who reported it is being sued.
We argued over that one quite a bit elsewhere when that story broke.....I still don't see how the identity of the reporting neighbors would get beyond the police.

It turns out among other things that that kid and his family have moved out of the country.....back to their homeland or somewhere in that area and now they are looking to the school for five hundred million dollars.

Meanwhile real American kids are getting in trouble for having a piece of bread that the school feels it has a shape of a gun.

Aint that some crap? probably another subject i best not got into,

That's the most ridiculous thing. I was just thinking about that (I wanted to say future terrorist, but I won't) kid who was honored for his actions. IMO the school officials did the right thing--it looked like a bomb. In this day and age when a kid can't even bring an aspirin to school without medical documentation for need, bringing something that looks like a bomb is certainly not appropriate.
My first grader was almost suspended for telling another kid he wanted to bring his BB gun (really just an air soft) to class and show his friends - after watching A Christmas Story. Took some fancy dancing to get the principal to accept the fact that it was just a toy. Needless to say, he is homeschooled now and has had proper gun safety classes and has shot an M16 in a national match (no longer in 1st grade by this time of course)
