Exactly,he's still got a good bit of maturing and growing up to do...
If Snoke is Darth Plagueis then I suddenly like him.My impression of him is that he is rather lame,giant or not lol but that changes if this is the case....I'm not sure about that though as I seem to recall Palpatine mentioning Plagueis during one of his scenes with Annakin in the last film.

Palpatine (Darth Sidious) was the apprentice of Darth Plagueis and "killed" him, in his sleep. He tells Anakin that, Plagueis was so powerful in the darkside of the force that he learned to create life from midichlorians alone. Remember Anakin has no father, he was fathered by the midichlorians in Episode I. Plagueis species was a Moon. They are long lived, very tall and have the same head shape (look up the moon species in the clone wars). I think Plagueis never died or faked it and this is him. It fits too perfect to be wrong.

Agreed. He being one of the more powerful and intelligent sith masters would let others do his work for him in the past as well. That follows the story line by letting Sidious create the empire and eliminate the jedi via taking on an apprentice that Plagueis created.

EDIT: Keep in mind they have given a new name to the empire (first order) and the republic (resistance) as well as the head villian. "Supreme Leader" is a name with something to hide/more to come. Just like the Palpatine to Sidious transition through episodes I-III.

Snoke is annoying as hell though, I hope he doesn't play too big of a role in the next films and they focus on Kylo Ren.

I thought snoke's design looked boring and uninspiring. Sidious is scary as hell, at least when you first see him. Snoke looked like Gollums older brother.

Also, is Andy Serkis the only man on the universe studios can hire for more cap etc? I mean I know he's good, but honestly lol

Spoilers below.


Going to bring up two interesting theories; the first is about Rey's Parenting and the second is about Snoke.

The first came from an article I read claiming that Obi-Wan could be Rey's father. It was an interesting theory but to me seemed less likely than Luke being her father. The theory was that in the gray area between III and IV Obi-Wan had a girlfriend on Tatooine (this actually happened in an Expanded Universe book), and they had Rey but the mother, was forced to abandon her on Jakku. Seems far fetched nut equally interesting. I have also read some that make Han the father, of course making Kylo and Rey siblings.

As for Snoke, I just want to add that his theme music in The Force Awakens, and the music playing when Palpy is talking about him in Revenge of the Sith, are nearly identical and might actually be the same song... I'm not sure.

Surely Obi Wan is way too old to be Reys father?
