Stingray sand???

So I heard many story's on sand to get for my rays and still wondering what is the best to put in your tank that's Durable and cheap any many people says pool sand is the best thoughts?

The best sand not gonna be cheap. So if you want cheap do pool filter sand if you want good do a nice soft sand like caribsea

I have torpedo beach and love it. There's many other people who use it and I haven't heard anything negative about it.
I got it on amazon for a little over a dollar a pound for a 50lb bag.

I also use caribesea torpedo beach..... round enough not to scratch the rays and heavy enough that it won't shift as easy as most finer grain sand with powerheads

I use pool filter sand, doesn't scratchi or stick to rays in my experience. The sand is nice and heavy which makes life easier.

Absolutely will not stick compared to expensive finer aquarium sand. Pcs is the easiest best option I have used

I got torpedo beach sand for my tank of amazon aswell, I love it.

Torpedo beach is in all of my tanks, only substrate I use

Strange request, does anyone have a pic of torpedo beach next to, let's say, a penny (for size reference)? I have thought about getting it, but have never seen it in the flesh.
