I thought he was joking about the Robocop deal..
To touch back on Warborg's observation earlier,there is a Walking Dead thread on another forum I frequent and most of the posts are gripes and complaints about the show.It's like they make sure to tune in each Sunday just to be able to post and moan about it afterward.I don't even join in on the thread since unlike here no one really discusses what went on lol.

I knew they were who you were referring to but I wasn't sure if Mr.Punisher was joking with his reply or not lol.

I think they were either from Hilltop or another community that was trading with Hilltop judging by the weapons they were holding - looked like they were made by Hilltop's Blacksmiths
 
Wow borg....that gives me even more to look forward to seeing next season.
