Yeah,I'm not sure how long it's been in place or who even started it but they made a bit of a deal of it on the tv news this morning.

That's pretty cool. The best we have is "talk like a pirate day". And that doesn't involve food. :( just talking/dressing like a pirate for a day. :)

Don't discriminate against all the rest of the days today-https://www.checkiday.com

But that's awesome though, who doesn't like food??? Maybe I should move to the states... I might gain some weight. :D

or get Diabetes :(
Yeah, something tells me I'm destined for that somewhere down the track anyways :(
Although if the only way to gain weight is with diabetes, then I might just pray for that day. While diabetes isn't fun, neither is being underweight and I'd be glad to weigh a normal amount, even if it meant watching what I eat, taking a crap ton of meds and stabbing myself in the finger every day for the rest of my life.. I'm not trying to offend or say that diabetes isn't worth worrying about - because it very much is something to worry about, its just that after 6 years of this, I'm ready to try anything to fix it, and if that something was diabetes, so be it. :)

Well...when I got diabetes I lost weight and never got to the amount I should have. My brother weighs almost 100 pounds more then me even though he is only an inch and a half taller.

Trust me diabetes can led to: High blood pressure, Kidney failure, heart attacks and loss of limbs(feet). I've already suffered some.

If you want to put weight on eat carbs with no sugar such as pasta.
