Polyaddict86 Polyaddict86 , now that is the perfect picture to compare the head shapes. You really should post that in the stickies under variants. You do have to look at them a while but there are some differences.
So what do you think are their differences? Head shape? Pattern? Body?

Lolz, they all endli but not the same catch location, thats what i learn from you guys.:D
What do you mean? They are both caught in Guinea. :D

I did notice different head shape and some patterns diff on faramah vs dabola but it could be just the two fish and nothing more.

I agree man,,, if we get 10 dabola on the same substrate, with the same lighting , at the se size and compare to 10 faranah with the same variables im not too confident much would be too diff...........
I've said i noticed some differences in the head shape but cant be confident because i was only comparing two fish

You could pee in dabola from faranah lol taleast on the maps we've seen... im not buying that the water ways dont connect at some point.

Two of my old Ansorgiis from the same batch, same size. How similar do they look?

Yes, both locale are in Guinea. Differences between the two variant could be drastic or subtle. They're just catch locations. Provided a cross references below. Keep in mind, color tones can be darken/lighten due to substrate and lighting.

Dabola Endli is said to be from Tinkisso River. Judging by the map, this is a small river. It connects to the Niger River about 300+ kilometer north of the Faranah area. Therefore, cactch locale for Dabola "Tikinsso" may be of greater distance.

Faranah is an area. Accessible primarily only to the Niger River.

Top: Dabola
Bottom : Faranah
