Interesting that the one ansorgii that had the very distinctive pattern still looks pretty good but the other seems washed out now. The second one looks a lot like mine...
It does, its been lighter color even when i had the red gravel, but now it became more lighter.

that is interesting. Wonder if it is from the substrate still, or if it is being impacted from the light. Perhaps it's a lot of different stimulation for them and they will need to adjust?

Mostly its from the substrate, red gravel was harder for them to blend in so contrast pops out more, which the red garnet is lighter color and a natural sand so its easier to blend in.
