For a few yeah 40 gallon breeder would be fine. Just keep up on water changes. U.V. filters are a must for disease. And Ken's metro garlic flakes and oxytetracycline sinking pellets always on hand for any fishkeeper. I only use Ken's fish food. And keep tank bare, no decorations and no substrate. Substrate breeds disease for these dirty guys.
