the good thing is you can always rehome some with friends and change the line up a little bit.
I am loving the variation in the mokes I got. One has a very marbled color where the base color blends into the stripes. A couple are very high contrast and very very green, and a couple are more browner base color.
This tank is going to be almost entirely upper jaw, with some CB endli mixed in.
I had thought about doing all upper jaw in another tank but jumped on an opportunity to get some smaller hard to find cichlids. Your making me regret it lol.

Uj poly tanks need some love. Glad to see it happening.
Im turning my sons 65g to a upper jaw tank, them ill upgrade to a 125g

So you find the ones with more green tend to have more contrasty patterns on the body? Interesting. That's more what mine looks like. I wonder if those traits kind of run together or not.
