Hello; I feel an important aspect of this litigation has been overlooked. That being the damages awarded.
My I present for your consideration the long accepted, in this forum, outcome of bad karma. That being that the loser winds up in a next life as a Wal-mart betta. I figure two slots are already filled from threads in the distant past.

I have proof that group think can work. Back in the 1950's tinkerbell drank the poison and was fading away, almost gone. When for the first time in my young life a movie spoke directly to me. If enough of us wished real hard we could save tinkerbell. I stopped scratching myself and wished real hard. I wished so hard and sure enough tinkerbell got better. So if we all think that the loser gets a dose of bad karma, then someday I can have three to think of when I see a row of Wal-Mart bettas on a shelf.
